Trailer Information

This 2017 Forest River EVO is perfect for a couple or small family camping on the creek or river. It has top of the line finishes on the interior and a large window out the rear to enjoy the view from your campsite. It has a queen bed in the front with a couch and dinette in the living room that convert to full size sleeping arrangements. The restroom has a large corner shower with vanity and separate toilet room with a door. Take advantage of this beautiful trailer for your camping trip today!

There is a 3 night minimum on all reservations, but Holidays and Special Events may vary, so contact us to inquire. We deliver to Rivernook, KRS Camp James, Frandy and Mountain & River Adventures Campgrounds. If you would like delivery to an out-of-area location, please contact us to discuss pricing, or include this info in your quote/reservation request. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any of the Forestry Campgrounds. All of our vacation trailers include a 9x12 outdoor area mat, but be sure to check out other add-on's that you might need, such as linens, firewood, outdoor furniture, etc. to help make your trip more enjoyable.

Gas Firepit...............................................................................$65

Love sitting around the campfire, but hate running from that smoke? This gas firepit makes life easy and smoke free! (Extra $10/night for reservations longer than 3 nights)

*One propane tank is included. 


Firewood..................................................................................$20

3 bundles of firewood. (only one order allowed per trailer) Additional wood can usually be purchased at the campground.


Generator 3500 Watt...........................................................$100

For campsites without hook-ups. Our generators are either (1) 3500 unit or (2) 2000 units paralleled together. Either one will allow you to run your A/C, microwave, etc. in any of our 30 amp trailers. Generators come fully fueled and one 2.5 gallon empty gas can is included. (Extra $15/night for reservations longer than 3 nights)

Cancellation Policy

The 50% charged at booking is non-refundable after 48 hours and is applied to half of each night's stay. If you need to reduce the length of your trip the remaining 50% will not be charged for the cancelled nights. No refunds.

No changes or cancellations within 14 days of your travel date, and if booking within that time 100% of your reservation is due and no refunds or changes can be made.

We are now offering a Flexible Booking add-on which allows changes or cancellations up to 14 days prior to your travel date, with a fee. Be sure to enquire at the time of booking.
