It's easy, just make your reservation at any of the beautiful Kernville Campgrounds and we take care of the rest. Once you've secured your spot, contact us to reserve your vacation trailer. We deliver, set up the unit, provide a walk-through, and pick up the trailer on your day of departure. All you have to do is show up! Book now and let us take the hassle out of your vacation.

What's Included/Not Included
Let us do the work for you! Our vacation trailers are delivered and setup on the campsite of your choice. The campsite itself is not included in the trailer rental and must be booked with the campground directly. Please see our "Campgrounds" page for where we deliver.
All of our trailers come stocked with drinking cups, plates and bowls, utensils, cookware, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster and a blender. We also supply each a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, broom and dustpan, trash bags, dish and hand soap, and all-purpose cleaner. *Please see the trailer descriptions for specific number of items and a more detailed list.
We provide a complimentary 9x12 outdoor area mat with every reservation.
Linens, towels and washcloths are NOT included. Be sure to plan to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc.

We do not charge a flat rate cleaning fee and just ask the trailer to be left in clean, rent-ready condition. A small, medium or large fee will be withheld from your Security Deposit depending on how much cleaning is needed.
We are pet friendly! Make sure to let us know about your furry family members prior to your arrival, as there is an additional charge for undisclosed pets.
We give all of our guests a thorough walk-through of the trailer upon arrival, but it is impossible to explain everything there is to know about camping in that short time. Please be sure to watch the walk-through videos provided on our website, along with some first-time or refresher instructional RV camping videos online prior to your trip to familiarize yourself and allow you the most enjoyment of your vacation.
We dump the holding tanks at the end of your trip for free, as long as there are no clogs or over-filling. Should you require a dump during your stay, just call us to schedule for a fee. Please note that most campgrounds offer a less expensive dump service since they're already on-site.
Camping Season/
Nightly Minimums
Our camping season starts Whiskey Flats Weekend in mid-February and runs through November. We have a 2-night minimum for most of our season, and a 3-night minimum June-August. We offer free delivery to the local campgrounds for reservations of 3 nights or longer. Holidays and special events have varying minimums, so be sure to check with us.
Book your trip well in advance, especially for the prime summer months, as we do sell out quickly! Our calendar opens up on the 1st of each month for the following year and nightly minimums differ until after January 1st.

Outdoor Comfort Package
Includes 2 camping/directors chairs with side tables, 2 zero-gravity lounge chairs, and a 4' folding table with a tablecloth.

Gas Firepit
Love sitting around the campfire, but hate running from that smoke? This gas firepit makes life easy and smoke free!
*One propane tank is included.
Firewood
3 bundles of firewood. (only one order allowed per trailer) Additional wood can usually be purchased at the campground.
Generator 3500 Watt
For campsites without hook-ups. Our generators are either (1) 3500 unit or (2) 2000 units paralleled together. Either one will allow you to run your A/C, microwave, etc. in any of our 30-amp trailers. Generators come fully fueled and one 2.5-gallon empty gas can is included.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
STANDARD BOOKING: Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-changeable.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING: Only 50% deposit due at the time of booking and allows for changes or cancellations, for any reason, up to two weeks prior to your reservation start date for a full refund, minus the Flexible Booking and Processing Fees. No changes or refunds of any kind within 14 days of travel.
