BEFORE YOU BOOK — PLEASE READ
CAMPSITE REQUIREMENTS You are responsible for booking your own campsite directly with your chosen campground. Your campsite reservation is completely separate from your trailer rental. Importantly, the type of campsite you select will directly affect which amenities your trailer is able to provide.
Full Hookup Site (water, electric & sewer) — Recommended. Provides full use of all trailer amenities, including air conditioning, running water, and a flush toilet.
Partial Hookup Site (water & electric only) — Most amenities are available. Please note that gray water storage from sinks and showers will be limited.
Dry Camping Site (no hookups) — Very limited amenities. Without an electric hookup, air conditioning will not be available unless you rent or bring a generator. Be aware that most campgrounds enforce quiet hours, which will restrict when a generator can be used. Gray water storage from sinks and showers will also be limited.
TANK DUMP SERVICE For guests staying at a partial or no-hookup site, we offer a tank dump service for $50, when scheduled in advance during normal business hours. Please note: River's Edge Campground does not have an on-site dump station, so we are unable to provide this service at that location. Once your tanks are full at that campground, they will remain unavailable for the rest of your stay.
NIGHTLY MINIMUMS Off-Season: 2-night minimum. A $125 fee applies to any 2-night reservations. Summer Season: A 3-night pricing minimum applies to all rentals. We can still accommodate a 2-night stay, however the 3-night rate will still apply. Holidays & Special Events: Minimum night requirements vary. Please contact us before booking to confirm the minimum for your specific dates.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. It will be charged to your card on file 2 days prior to your arrival and refunded following your return, provided the trailer is returned in the same condition. Cleaning fee starts at $20 and go up based on the time needed to return to rent-ready cleanliness.
LINENS are not provided. Please plan to bring your own bedding and towels. A full list of what's included is provided in each of the trailer's details pages.

Cancellation Policy
STANDARD BOOKING: Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-changeable.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING: Only 50% deposit due at the time of booking and allows for changes or cancellations for any reason, up to two weeks prior to your reservation start date for a full refund, minus the Flexible Booking and Processing Fees. No changes or refunds of any kind within 14 days of travel.
